Get Lucky with Ocean's 11!

This Wednesday we at the Lodge Alley will be beginning two different sorts of activities for you guests and owners!

At promptly 5:30 pm we will be doing the first "History in the Courtyard" where we will showcase historical facts on Charleston and the Lodge Alley Inn!  This will be hosted in the courtyard just in front of the fountain!

A little while later at 7:00 pm, the Lodge Alley Inn will be hosting it's very first movie night in honor of August's "Get Lucky" month with the casino themed movie- Ocean's 11!  This will be held in the Heritage Room just off of the courtyard.

Soda and popcorn will be available to those that attend!

We look forward to the first of many of these different activities for guests to come and enjoy!

August is Get Lucky month!

Look forward to some fun activities taking part around the Lodge Alley next month as we get excited for "Get Lucky" month!

There will be sets of cards placed around the Lodge for you to take part in, maybe enjoy a little game of war while you sit in our courtyard by the fountain...who knows!

Roller Derby in Charleston!

If you are looking for something fun to do, check out our ladies of Charleston's Roller Derby team!  

The Lowcountry Highrollers!

This saturday at 4pm doors open to watch the ladies compete in an inter-county tournament, should be exciting!

Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door if you are interested.  

It's within driving distance so talk to our valet to get your car brought down or have one of our front desk staff members call a taxi for you, and you'll be able to enjoy this awesome experience.

Lemonade for Charity (Part 2!)

This Friday will mark the first day that the Lodge Alley holds a lemonade sale for charity!

Come out and support Cystic Fibrosis by purchasing a $1 cup of lemonade!

Cystic Fibrosis is the Bluegreen Corporation's Charity of the Month.

All proceeds go to benefit Cystic Fibrosis, donations are welcome!

So come out and relax in this heat with a nice glass of lemonade,

to help out a fantastic cause!

Sale will begin this Friday, July 22nd at 3 pm between the lobby and the courtyard,

see you then!

Looking for a Great Tour?

Look no further than the Ft. Sumter National Monument Tour!

Every time we send a guest to check out this tour, they always come back blown away from the great time that they had!
2011 marks the beginning of the four year - 150th year anniversary of the Civil War.  Interpretive programs are being planned to help visitors understand the significance and relevance of all aspects of the Civil War.

There are two different spots that you can depart from to view this tour,Patriots Point and the other being Liberty Square.  The Liberty Square location is just blocks away from the Lodge Alley Inn.  Ft. Sumter is situated on an island in Charleston Harbor that is accessible only by boat.

This is a fantastic tour filled with many points of interest and historical significance!  Stop by the front desk or concierge to let us know what your favorite parts were!

Lemonade for Charity!

This Friday will mark the beginning of our Lemonade Sale for Charity!

This months charity is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Lodge Alley Inn is greatly looking forward to being a prominent supporter!
